We are excited to announce that starting today, we’ve changed our name. The real estate agents you’ve come to know and love as Team Nickerson will now be known as Team Kerr!
For many years we have been bringing you trustworthy real estate advice and service under the leadership of Sayo Nickerson. Two years ago, as Sayo's team began to grow, that leadership began to be shared by Matt Kerr, creating a new brand for us – Team NicKERRson.
Now our team has evolved again, and we’ve changed our name once more to reflect that.
We are proud to all be working together under the brand new banner of Team Kerr!
In 2008, Matt Kerr left his job as an Olympic coach and followed a new dream –becoming a realtor in Vancouver. Friends with Sayo for over 20 years, he was a great fit for the team and took to leadership naturally. Now almost 10 years later, Matt is taking on a greater leadership role within the team, and we all believe he is the perfect person for the job.
But not to worry – Sayo Nickerson is still on the team in an advisory/consultant role that is best suited to her for raising two children! Laurie Gillis, Doug Gibson and Chandra Lavac, and our trusty Office Manager, Samantha Luca, are still on board, making Vancouver real estate magic happen.
At Team Kerr, only our name has truly changed – we are still the honest and professional agents we have always been. And as always, we are dedicated to honesty and professionalism, as well as being active and supportive in our community and supporting the charities that are close to our hearts.
